Individual Coaching + Mentorship

I work with individuals who are interested in improving their self-awareness and ability to sit with and communicate emotions. This leads to a much greater ability to self-regulate, and access to a less reactive nervous system. We use discussion, inquiry and exploration to get to know more about hidden beliefs and somatic patterns, and work to befriend and dismantle unhelpful systems that are at play.


I also work with counselors, movement facilitators and teachers of all kinds, to meet any blocks to authenticity of expression, explore beliefs and fears around being seen, and begin to inhabit the truest, most honest and embodied form of expression available to them. I use my background in voice work to improve speech, listening, and expressiveness.

Examining our core patterns and beliefs is the foundation of living a good life. In order to be able to make choices that are meaningful to us, we must first question the beliefs and fears that have historically been in the driver's seat.

From birth, many of us are not encouraged to notice our body and its sensations, and so this vital line of communication is dimmed. Remembering how to fully inhabit our bodies is an unmissable step on the path to living well, and an essential component of processing trauma.

Intensive Breakup Support Program

The ending of a relationship can rock the foundation of our identity. In this program we allow a breakup to become a portal through which we can learn about ourselves, grieve a past version of reality, and examine life priorities in order to come back far stronger, more regulated and more self-aware.


A particularly difficult aspect of a breakup is the sheer depth of old wounds that can be triggered. It is so important to make the space to examine these past hurts, so that we can integrate the pain that has been lying dormant for so long. Otherwise, history likely will keep repeating itself.


In this program I aim to provide the emotional nurturance, space to grieve, and then when it's time, the room to begin rebuilding with insight and awareness, and new skills of self-regulation and self-trust.

It can be hard to know how to grieve. I will offer a framework that has worked for many others as they move through such uncharted terrain. It's important to also set up supports to be able to take breaks from grieving, so that your system can rest.

We will examine the stories you tell yourself about this breakup and others, to see if we can spot any patterns or choices that aren't helpful. It's important to look at beliefs you hold about yourself and relationships in general.

In the early stages of a breakup it can feel impossible to imagine you could look to the future with hope. We will slowly start to build towards how you orient your life around your true values, and find small ways you can begin finding joy and connection again.

The body holds so much for us. There is a great deal to be gained from deciding to listen to the language of the body, including unraveling trauma, learning a new way for the nervous system to be, orienting towards unhelpful movement patterns, freeing up emotions and the ability to feel, and finding joy and movement choices that were previously unavailable.


Somatic therapy and bodywork are 2 modalities that overlap, both allowing for subtle shifts in patterns as well as intense emotional release.


I use bodywork as a container for counseling - often there are great discoveries to be made in freeing up the body while freeing the mind, energy and emotions.

Trauma is stored in the body, and so we must orient towards the body and its sensations if we are to make space to move and metabolize our difficult past. This process can happen very slowly, while building the resources needed to hold challenging emotions safely.

There is so much subtlety to the body's wisdom, and we can hear it better when we slow down. Somatic bodywork strengthens this pathway of communication so that you can build an embodied sense of self-trust and self-knowledge.

Receiving bodywork while processing stored trauma, verbalizing thoughts, fears and patterns, and allowing the mind and the body's sensations to be equally present and important can give a sense of overall integration of all the parts of the self.
